Office and field share the same plan. If the site knows something the office does not, that is a failure.

Hire and keep people who can do the work. Different backgrounds, same standard on site.

Meet the spec. Check as you go. Do not hide a fault.

If it does not help the job they paid for, it is not quality.
Follow the method
Approved procedures and the standard for that install. No private shortcuts.
Check as you go
Inspect at each stage. Do not wait for a final punch list.
Fix the process
If the same fault repeats, change how we work, not only the last unit.

Problems get reported. They do not sit in one person’s head.

Seatbelt on. Speed limit. No handheld phone behind the wheel.
Heights
Harness on and clipped. Right PPE for the platform or tower.
Electrical
Do not work live kit unless you are qualified for that circuit.
Distance from power
Keep the required clearance. Use insulated tools near lines.
No substances
No alcohol or drugs that impair the job. Zero tolerance.
Underground / street
Only if you are competent and authorised for that work.
