Role Summary
Oversee core network infrastructure design, installation, integration, and testing. Requires expert knowledge of DWDM, IP routing, MPLS networks, and experience configuring enterprise and carrier-grade hardware.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and configure carrier-grade IP routing, switching, and transport networks.
- Install, integrate, and commission DWDM, SDH, and GPON equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex network outages, routing issues, and signal degradation.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and network technicians.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure network architecture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent vendor certification (Huawei, Cisco, Nokia).
- 4+ years of experience working with tier-1 ISPs or telecom operators.
- In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv6, and network synchronization.
- Experience with optical power meters, spectrum analyzers, and traffic generators.
