Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to monitor our core network infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents in real-time, and ensure maximum uptime for enterprise clients. ### Responsibilities - 24/7
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- 24/7 monitoring of the core fiber and wireless network using enterprise NMS tools.
- Triage, escalate, and resolve network incidents within SLA.
- Coordinate with field engineers for dispatch and physical site interventions.
- Generate daily and weekly network performance and uptime reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- CCNA/JNCIA certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
